Buying specialist Lynx Purchasing will launch the 2015 edition of its Casual Dining Report at the Casual Dining Show in February.

Building on the success of the 2014 edition, the 2015 report will spotlight the latest trends in the eating out market, bringing together data from a wide range of sources to create a user-friendly, graphic guide designed to help visitors navigate around the show.

John Pinder, managing director of Lynx Purchasing, said: “The 2014 Casual Dining Report earned us positive feedback not only from visitors who picked up a free copy from our stand at the show, but also from those who downloaded it from our website afterwards.

“It’s been another year of strong growth and fast-changing food and drinks trends for the casual dining sector. We’ll be pulling together data from official government figures and a range of industry sources to focus on the trends that operators need to understand to help them grow their business

“From craft beer to barbecue and coffee to quinoa, the report is a direct extension of the way we work with our customers, matching their needs to the wide range of suppliers in the market, and making recommendations on a free, no-contract, no obligation basis.”

The Casual Dining Report will be available free from the Lynx Purchasing stand to all visitors to the show, taking place at the Business Design Centre in London on February 25 and 26 2015.

Visitors can collect their FREE copy of the Lynx Purchasing Casual Dining Report from the Lynx Purchasing stand (M527) at the Casual Dining Show.
